By tracking your order online, you will be able to see the following:
1. Scheduled or approximate delivery date
2. Reason for late delivery due to carrier setback
3. Delivery Detail: Date, Time and Name of the person that received your package.
If you would like to track an order you placed today, please call Customer Service between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM Central Time to obtain your tracking number.
If you have a Sympak invoice, the tracking number is located on your invoice in the "Ship Via" field.
